from my experience with my 05, the power pup 04.5-05 would smoke some. The tst would not smoke at all (the box only) until I had the twins program done. The combo together would roll smoke, but I had an sps 66 charger also. The stock charger wanted no part of the twins program. my box was not the r49 version either.
