Georend low stall T/C questions
The other day I did some pressure test on my transmission. On one of the test, I checked to see when my T/C was grabbing. My engine idles at 750 RPM and the T/C starts to grab at 800 RPM. Is this normal, or will this hurt the tranny any. I have a 900/400 T/C. Thanks

What I'm trying to say is that my pressure guage starts to rise at 800 Rpm as I'm starting to accelerate. With my other Georend transmission the guage didn't start to rise until about 1200 rpms. Just trying to find out if this is normal. Thanks

That would be line pressure you are reading. It should start to rise right off idle and should be maxed at 1600-1700 rpm's generally. Depends on what PR valve and setup on the VB was used.
Line pressure won't effect when the TC stalls as that is internal to fluid flow in the TC.
