No, I don't really ride the tracks anymore like I used to, but when I do I ride in Paige at CrossCreek. I ride on my property alot, since it is mainly a gravel pit type terrain with a big lake on it.

I don't know where you guys are getting all the high prices from. My buddy is running one on his second gen. They can be had for 1600-1700 all day long. Not much diff from the HTT and II turbos.

I have this turbo . have been running it for about 25,000 miles.Size is apx. 63mm by 71 mm . Spool is equal to or better than stock. EGTs stay at 1150 or below, on 8% grade by 6 miles. Cruse EGT at cruse are like a 12 valve. Water is plumbed through the heater core.

Stg 3 has a 88mm compressor wheel with 52 trim. From what I've read of Garretts website a stg 3 should spool close to stock. A stg 2 should spoolup quicker than stock.

Is it a tight fit with that turbo in there. Any problems with the install I should be aware of? What mods are on your truck?

No, fitts like stock. Water lines add about 1/2 hour. If you are going to add a exhaust brake then you want Tom at( http://www.turboresource.com/) to install the corret flange for you. Then it attaches with a Vband clamp like stock. Mod are, Garret GT 37 Stage 3 From Turbo Resource, Afe stage 2 w/ Pro gaurd 7, cat delet, AFE Blade runner, DiabloSport DL, TST, Van Akkin 3.1 & 35 Pro Comp Extreme AT'S

I have always been a very big fan of Ball Bearing Turbos especially since I came over from the powerstroke crowed. I was always told these turbos were not rebuildable though.
