fuel press gage
I just installed a isspro mechanical fuel press gage and I need the secret to fill the tube from the gage to the transducer. I have tried filling it with antifreeze but i keep getting air in the line. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks

Did you use thread sealer on the fittings???? I didn't fill my line, I actually filled the sender to the top, kept the line at the gauge cracked and bled it for a few seconds til antifreeze came out. I the topped off the sender and all has been well. Just make sure it gets sealed well.

I used a shop vac. to suck the fluid into the line. Stick one end of the tube into a bottle of coolant, turn on the shop vac. and hold it close to the other end of the tube, when you see or feel coolant coming out the end plug it with your fingers and hook up the tube. It works best with a helper.

the best thing to do is to put that peace of junk in the trash and connect it direct. when it fails it allows the water, antifreeze solution to migrate back toward the cp3. if you are stuck on using it go to a farm or veterinary supply place and buy a syringe get as much of the antifreeze out of the isolator as you can. with the isolator loose use the syringe to draw the piston toward the gauge side then fill the syringe with atf and push the piston in until it is full, next fill the line with the syringe and connect. you are now complete and when that worthless piece of junk fails it will not hurt anything.
