Fuel canister ? for airdog install
I have an 04.5 truck and purchased an AD150. To try to make this install as quick and painless as possible I got ahold of a fuel canister from an 06 truck so that I could mod it and have it ready for install when I'm ready. The problem is my truck still has the engine mounted lift pump so my stock canister looks like the one that DIESELRAM04 has and the 06 canister has the in tank pump on it like the ones FISHERGUY and FESTUS have. Does anyone know if the tank is compatible for both caniters. One of the main differences is that my canister has a plastic lock ring and the 06 has a steel lock ring. I don't have my bed off right now so I can't tell if it will work. Sorry this is so long.
