Flux 1's are here...Directions for Install?
Lost 3 Injectors this week. Thanks to Bean, Lloyd, Kai & Don and others. I got a set of Flux 1's overnighted to get my truck back on the road. They are here but I have no idea how to install them as this is my first 5.9. Any directions or pictures online? Any pointers?
BTW: I will report back on the failure after Don goes over my junk cores.
Thanks

Not very difficult...
But take your time and follow the torque sequence on the install egg-zack-lee! Here's a write-up that has been improved and added to a few times:

Industrial Injection also has instructions in their tech section on their site.
Some advocate doing one cylinder at a time, start to finish. I found it much quicker, and just as effective, to follow a single step on all six, then move to the next - just don't get interrupted and forget where you were in phase, and return all pieces to their original cylinder!
Also was shown to remove the fuel rail, injector lines, feed and return lines all as one assembly. Tried it both ways, like the all-in-one approach better.
Enjoy!
