All you guys bashing John need to chill out..... do you know how many pumps that john gets as core returns that people swear are " off my 07 with 10K mi", then John sends a great pump to them, then gets the morons "07" pump, and it ends up being a piece of crap 03 pump with 400K miles.
John needs to charge a 400 core charge, then he won't have these issues with idiots sending piece of crap cores back to him.....
I've had some minor issues with FCA's and an initial pump that had a failure, but John is a very respectable guy, and sent me a replacement pump very promptly...... I was sometimes frustrated, but I knew he would come through.
Like I said, if I was in his position and had been screwed with so many crappy pumps, I'd be charging cores.....
John... glad to see your kicking that crappy cancer.... when youre 100%, I want to take you up on the upgrade to a stage III.....

Glad you are happy, Chris... this took way too long. Sorry for the mess.
Now maybe this thread can die a natural death...
Chris: Let us know how the truck is running for you!

No body see, what goes on at the Floor It shop, Well not everyone can see. I was there 2 Fridays ago, the man had been down with flu, just after a 2 wk stay in the hostpital, the phone was goin nuts, here the man wants to get back out there but really shouldnt have been. He met me at the shop, so that i could get my pump and my truck back up and running, he does this for everyone. Hey the man is only human, and if a mistake was made im sure he will make it more thin better. I would just about guess that his work isnt the case.
2 weeks ago? thats about the time i got the text saying mine was shipping...... hmmmm ?????

11 months comment was kinda unecessary. Floor It got me my pump back in the day in a reasonable amount time and the performance speaks for itself.
Keep up the good work John / Floor It!

hi guys
here the answer from john:
Yes and you are right! it has a crack in number 3 plunger area. I told bosch and they are interested in looking at it, they say that should have never been able to happen!
