Fitting a 2nd gen turbo on 3rd gen

I am looking at buying a SPS from II. Its new but bought for a 2nd gen. Do they have the same manifold pattern? Will this even remotely work?

You have to get a clamp on 90* elbow for the outlet of the turbo, it will need to be clocked for your engine, also have to have the third gen wast gate diaphragm and you will have to adapt your turbo to inter cooler line, it will bolt to the Ex manifold. you Will half to use a HX40 down pipe or a
Adapter, It takes some work but it will work

you could get a exhaust manifold for a 2nd gen also but ur still going to tinker with the piping a little bit, i wish i would have done this in the first place.
