nice to see someone bringing back the lost art of rounding the tires.... burning off all the high spots just to make sure your tires are perfectly round seems like about the funnest way to do it.

Why would I try getting the smell out?

I got some good high-quality pics from my friend today, 5 of them in total. They're about 3mb each, but I'll resize them for you guys.

If you guys want higher quality pics, PM me.

What? The 35's didn't have enough tread left on them to do that? I guess it's time to slap on the 37's.

Just out of curiosity....has anyone ever seen a set of tires catch fire from doing a long burnout like that?? I haven't...but I'm sure it has happened.

Pretty cool John. I'm glad I don't have to pay for your tires though.

I tried Hoss, but I couldn't completely kill this set of tires. I'm glad I don't have to pay for concrete...

I'll get the video in a few days, the guy who taped it (because my camera was dead, durrr) is kinda busy, so I have to wait til I can catch him to get it. The one problem is he was pretty close and it's hard to see exactly how much smoke, but people 15' to the sides of my truck couldn't see infront of their face for a good 20 seconds.

I have seen it once at a race track. It was a ford harley davidson edition truck and after a few minutes the tires caught fire...very cool pictures!
