Firestone Ride Rite Air bags
All,
I have a question about Firestone Ride Rite air bags and how well these will install with the B&W hide-a-ball. I already have the B&W installed and want to add the Ride Rite 2299 to the truck.
Plan on trying to do it this weekend and need to know how much trouble to expect.
Thanks for the help.

They fit just fine together. I've had mine for about a year with no problems whatsoever. The only thing thats a pain on the install is checking and making sure you have no leaks in the lines

Not to get off the subject but how do people like the ride in these?
My buddy put them on his 05 Ford and it seems to ride nicer.
Do you get any more wheel hop or anything by using them?

I will let you know soon. Since my truck is in Texas, and I am in Missouri right now, I am having them installed for me. When I get back home I will let you know how they ride, loaded and unloaded.

I haven't noticed any difference in how the truck rides. Figure without a load I normally keeps them down at 10 PSI. When I load up the trailer they really help keep the headlights pointing down on the road. I've had them in about 1.5 years without any issues.

They completely eliminated my wheel hop.
You will like them.
