Fass Pressure

Is there a way to get more pressure out of a 95gph fass pump? My truck idles at 16psi, but drops to 5 psi at WOT. I would like to keep it around 15psi at WOT, any info?!

Some you can with just a spring change. What model do you have? 150/95 or 95/95, and is it a FASS or HPFP(just the pump)?

What does 95/95 mean? I have the pump only. Thanks for the reply, sir!

No prob!

You can have a big motor with the 95gph flow rate(150/95) or you can have a small motor with 95gph flow rate also(95/95) The reson I ask is you can get more pressure out of the bigger motored pumps. I run 40psi out of my 150/95 right now, with just a spring change.

Justin,
You might not want to go up too high in pressure since you are installing the dual pumps.
Keep it under 20psi.

Are you running any other mods? I have the Fass 150/95 and it too is at 16 psi at idle. I can't pull it below 14 or so at WOT, but I'm pretty much stock (no fueling enhancements). Oh yeah, I am also using a 3 micron fuel filter.

At idle you dont want over 20psi and of course WOT you dont want over 20psi.
Best thing is a higher flow pump you would have a low pressure (ie 15psi) that will stay consistent under a loaded condition.
