If I'm not mistaken, other vendors here do the same as Diesel-Dan. At least I know some of them do.

I to have a buisness to run and I can appreciate the amount of time it takes to deal with people, so I suppose I should just find the dealer closest to me via the dealer locator on dpp's website. Problem is I am in southwest Missouri but I dont recognize any of the towns on the list as being close to me.

Anybody from the area know which of the listed towns are closest to Springfield, MO???

A friend of mine had the same issues with DPP. No one to talk to at all. They blew him off at the actual phone numbers listed. He talked to the dealer he bought it from and they talked to him and said we will call you back. They never did, he was dissapointed and had to buy a complete new fass system just to get a new pump. They wonder why people get mad about this?
He doesnt have a computer to pm anybody about his problems with it. He shouldnt have to in my opinion. There isnt a fass pump under my 06 dodge and there never will be.

No....we have certain requirements for dealers to get on our web site. I’m not sure but they might not have fulfilled some of them. None the less, they install and sell our systems and I do talk with them often. They are a good shop.
