Fass 95 series to small?

I just found out my pump was only a 95GPH and was hooked up through the edge instead of through a relay. Maybe the pumps dead becasue it is way to small for my application.

Nah actually the 95gph can push more pressure than the 150gph can.

Well set up with the proper spring I think the 95gph pump can sustain 40psi or more, but without set to higher psi and your mods it probably was drained too much of the time. I would think you need one of the 200gph FASS pumps or one of the other high pressure solutions out there now.

Hooked up through the Edge? Who is your installer? LOL.

HUH? OK......i talked to someone last night about your truck and situation you got going on. Brad @ Ponci's? Right? Good guy there. ANY WHO, our pump's harness needs to be hooked up as per our directions. If it is not hooked up properly (wrong place, Edge (still dont quite understand this one)), you can get the operation that you are getting. These new trucks dont have a relay on our FASS harness. They hook directly into the under hood fuse box. If it was not hooked up in this fashion, i can see this being an issue.

How do you know you have a 95 GPH? Brad at Ponci's was getting me a SN to run. Are you sure you dont have a 95 Series unit that is 150 GPH????

If you are running dual CP3's, from what i have been told you do not need to run high pressure to them. All you need is a pump that can flow enough fuel to keep both of them happy under full load. The 150 will be more than enough for that. I dont see you needing a 200 GPH or 95 GPH unless you want to run your pressure up to 45 PSI. We can do that, but why spend if you dont need it???

The pump has not made it to the dealership. I just got off the phone with them but Im sure I will track it down. Other than that I will tell you how she drives with the new pump and I think IM switching turbo and injectors.
