Sounds really good. Not loud but deep and throaty. And thanks to Gus for a good price and QUICK shipping. I ordered Monday morning and received Tuesday early afternoon. This is always the same with Gus. Great guy.
Plus it is 5" right after the cast elbow...

 

I just got the same exhaust 5 inch straight pipe painted it earlier in the week going to install it when I get off of work. How was the install I was shocked at all the clamps that came with it and did you have to drill your frame for that one mount.

I didn't have to drill the hole... it was already there on my truck. Everything went smoothly, just take your time. You will have to cut the longest pipe if your truck is a shortbed like mine.
Also, a couple places where one pipe would slip into another, I had to modify slightly. The expanded end wouldn't allow the pipe to slip inside. So I made some 3/4" cuts at 12, 3, 6, and 9o'clock on that end, then slightly tapped with a hammer from inside to out to get it to open ever so slightly. Worked like a charm.
Remember, measure twice, cut once...
