I have been looking at gettin a 5 in exhaust system w/ muffler and have noticed that FBD seems to have the best price with their brand system. I haven't really heard much about them and was wondering if anyone can tell me about these systems such as how easy they install, their quality, sound and about their customer service. Also i noticed they had injectors for a very reasonable price and was wondering if anyone had experience with these.

i have installed about twelve of the fbd 5"kits most were on our fleet dodges. our trucks are all 3500 dually we get our donaldson mufflers from ryder or anderson brothers rather than fbd but the fbd muffler is not bad. i get the 5" straight pipe kit and use the delete pipe to extend the exhaust out a little further to clear the dually fender and i cut the tip on the pipe. it will take longer to remove the stock than to install the new. if you let me know how quiet you want it to be i will give you the donaldson #. i installed every one of them by myself. it takes me about four hours total and like i said getting the stock cut out and removed is about half of that time.

 

I bought a 4 in system from FBD with the muffler and got the parts in just a few days and everything was there. It took me about 4 hours remove the old system and install the new one. Everything I needed was correct and fit perfect.

 

I have the FBD 5" kit, it went on easy, sounds great and the price is even better! Gus is a good guy and will go out of his way to help ya out, he's got my vote!
