Factory fog lights and Brights
Is there a way to make the fog lights stay on when you turn your lights on? A buddy of mine said that somebody on dtr had figured it out and to post a thread and ask about it. It'd be a lot better if both of them could be on at the same time

If you install a set of Mopars, the instructions will tell you to have the ECM programmed so they work, forget that part. They work as soon as you hook em up, brights or dim. This is for trucks that didn't have them installed from the factory. So far thats the only way I know of.

If the truck is an '06 or newer, the fogs can be made to work using the options menu on a Triple Dog. Supposedly, a dealer can also do it for you IF they know what they are doing. If the truck is an '05 or older, there is a jumper wire you can install in the fuse box that'll make them work all the time. There's a thread somewhere showing how to do that.

Relays
A couple of relays from Radio Shack, spade connectors, wire, tap connectors, and wire. Unfortunately I'm 11,000 miles away from home so I don't have a wiring diagram in front of me. But it can be done for about $15.00

x2 on watching out with the Brite Boxes. Been a few write ups on them, one I heard was the brite boxes themselves burning up. Supposedly fixed in the newer versions. The dealership can set you up with the High Beams and foglights, but some refuse to do it. I also am interested in how the Smarty allows for this, I haven't found that option?

I didn't think the Smarty had options (yet) that would allow users to do this? I thought that was only with the Triple Dog.

Really?
Hmmm, okay, sorry, maybe I'm wrong then, but I coulda sworn I remember the Smarty cheer leaders mentioning it, I'm sure someone that has one will fill us in.
BTW, your lights look good on my truck, picks in my gallery...

Yeah they do look good on there. The just didn't look right on my truck to me. They look great on yours though; fits the truck IMO.
