Here is some pics of a more common style of twins most build, Using a 64/13 over a S480. It takes alot of patience, and time putting together all the parts.

I dont think i'm going to use the 64 cause it seems like it would be to laggey so was thinking about MPI stock turbo and s400 so what kind of power would that setup make about 650.

Can U use the stock turbo as the top turbo or is the MPI stock turbo a modified unit to spool up faster by changing the compressor or turbine housing
There nothing more satisfying than having your signature on something you fab'd yourself, I hope on day I can accomplish my own twins but I need more research on the proper turbo combo

Yeah, dual intercooled. The air-to-water intercooler was built by Bell intercoolers and was their race series for maximum efficiency. Gerhard said that it would be close to 87-89% efficient with 32* water flowing through it. The Spearco air-to-air maxes out at 70% or so.

What battery? ..... fender well.... shock tower..... PCM mounting.....

My buddy Joseph and I fabbed mine in 2 solid days of work spread over 3 days. I started with getting the flanges machined out of 316ss. The hot pipe if you use an external waste gate is the hardest. We used Exhaust piping for all the cold piping as getting it custom bent was gonna slow us down too much. I could have left the battery in place also but I opted to spread things out a little....next time I'd squeeze it in as it took alot more time to relocate the battery to the box and make a new mount for the heater grid relays and to move other wires than it did to install the turbos...which we did about 5 times....over head crane is awesome. I used a 3rd gen manifold but a 2nd gen manifold makes everything alot easier and gives you way more room for piping. Having a spare engine or jig to fab things off of makes the world of difference. When all was said and done....I could have gotten a set off Nathan at MPI that probably worked better for only $1000 or so more.....but It was alot of fun and I still love the look of our hot pipe set up. Good luck, Kerry

Whenever i get to work on it. It is the classic case of work on customers stuff and then get a chance to squeeze in yours. It'll be ready for J&H up in Redding.

He said Ticked off..... It's kinda what i am aiming for. I wanna try to use as little spray as i can. It'll be interesting and very fast spooling. The top is a 12.5 cm housing with a 65mm turbine wheel and 62mm inducer. The air-to-water is the only thing letting me run that small of a top turbo. Make the air very dense going into it.
