Looks like the tool wont be here till Monday, so I guess Monday night the springs will go in, and as soon as some more molly lube gets here for my arps I will finish them up, then the injectors, Tuesday night if they are here.
Tristan, I am goin with the 2.5s for now. I know its a bit much but since my next mod will be dual cp3s I am hopin to cut the electronics way down and get by until I can get the the pumps. I now 750 is possible on the 2.5s so I hope that is big enough, but if not I wont need bigger injectors until after twin turbos and twins turbos aint happening anytime soon. Hopefully I will never need/want anything bigger than the 2.5s, but time will tell.

thanks for explaining that! I thought the revo/tnt would pull to 4000 rpm, but it doesnt! lets see how much boost the mpi's will make... to see if its necesary...

Yes, unlimited boost and unlimited RPM. They have been spinton tested to 11,000 RPM!!!!!! We can also simulate boost pressure.
Tim Barber has run his Common Rail past 95 PSI boost pressure and 4000 RPM with no valvetrain stability issues. Many others as well.

Ok well I bought the set off of "OT-OF-HERE" so I just wanted to make sure I could run tnt-r. I have a early 04 head. Is there anything else I should change out on the head to be safe spinning it that hard? Truck has 95,000 miles on it..

If you there you really aught to do studs too, and you gota pull injectors to install springs so I would consider doin injectors too if you got the coin. Even with stock sticks, if you are runnin a stock turbo you are gona blow past the waste gate with that stack.
Boss Hogg, I got my injectors from Tim and would of gladly gotten springs from him too but he was out when I needed em.

I dont know with the 04, I am sure it would be a good idea to stake the vavle seats but if you are not pullin in the head I dont know if I would or not. You could alway port and polish but I have no experience with that.

What do you mean by stake the valve seats?? I am pulling the head and going to change the head gasket since Im that far when I do head studs. I was thinking of a little port and polish too. Maybe like a gasket match port job
