Don M- you get new nozzles.
DDP and most others hone your existing nozzles. Nobody replaces the injector bodies. Don M will check the injectors and repair them if needed.

Don M's are F1 Diesel. I think personally that Don's are the best out there, but I think that ddp is a close second, and cost less. I would have went with Don's but I couldnt wait for my injectors, I just ordered a complete set from ddp, so i could do the swap all at once

With Dynomites your are dealing with the stock nozzle and therefore stock spray hole and angles and the they extrude hone them .....flow them with an abrasive solution for a set period of time then check the flow rate in LPM to ensure they are within a set percentage of each other.
With Don M's at F1 Diesel.....The nozzles are brand new blank nozzles of a proprietary metal that is more durable at higher pressure than stock. Apparently John at Floor-It diesel has run them at over 33k and maybe 38kpsi. Don has custom spray angles and maybe even number of holes and the holes can be of a different size. As far as I know the Holes that are EDM'd are then extrude honed to surface treat the holes and balance the flow.
Don M puts alot of effort into research and development to constantly keep uping the anti and make more power with the least amount of smoke.
With extrude hone there is a limit to how much the flow can be increased until the holes fail to properly atomize the fuel. As far as I know they peak at about 120hp with moderate efficiency.
The important thing to remember is that injectors are only a piece of the puzzle. If you have a larger injector that gains 120hp but you can't run your boxes or downloaders on as high a setting then there may be little net gain.
With Don M's injectors I think he is approaching a net gain of 200hp on his common rail engines...provided there is the volume and pressure of fuel there to meet the injectors flow.
I have 230% flow available on my race engine at about 20% higher pressure than stock. Don M is able to computer design a set of injectors to maximize the flow pattern using the flow data.....that is leading edge.
When you are at the moderate power level....450 to 650hp.....any good injector mods(or even stock 6## nozzles) will get you there....some will just be more efficient. Once you get above 650hp....your injector needs some flow design otherwise you will melt the pistons out of the engine.
I'm running Flux hellfire 3.something in my race engine and flux 1.5's in the daily driver. Mileage is currently better than stock while running smarty sw1 but when I go WOT it pulls hard. When the snow goes sw3 will probably be my daily drive and I expect to still be around stock mileage.

new nozzles of better metal for higher pressure life and can fix fixable injector problems is the short version of what I wrote above. If you are going for moderate power with not much pressure than extrude hone will do. I saw a post on here today by Lark which indicated the DDP wasn't liking its injectors to be used with pressure increasing boxes. ks

Does anybody know what Industrial Injection does to modify injectors? I am curious to know. I have great stuff about F1 injectors, I've also heard great about I.I. injectors and that they custom make injectors(or whatever they modify) to fit your goal with injectors that flow up to 93lpm. Thanks in advance, just gathering info before I buy injectors and Cp3(s) mod

I'd also like to hear if the injectors from BD are any good...
