F-1 or Hamilton Valve Springs?

I am getting ready to buy some springs. Should I go with f-1 or Hamilton? What spring is most people running? Just looking for some info before I make my decision.

Personally I like F1 springs. Not too much spring seat pressure. Higher spring seat pressure will cause extra wear on the valve train. But, If you buy a Hamilton cam, get Hamilton springs. If a stock cam or F1 cam, get F1 springs. Just my .02ct.

F-1 was my first choice, but I can get a really good deal on some Hamilton springs.
