I think its fuel and map. but the question i have is how much do i need to worry about egt's with this box cranked all the way? i dont have a gauge yet

Ok, yes the MAP connection is used. I assume this is the monitor/fool boost for the extra fuel pressure. I have not tried the EZ by itself on a stock setup. I did have a DR Performance 85hp fuel/boost pressure box that on sustained WOT would push EGTs over 1500* empty. Did not have that box for long.

Well I suppose timing could be affected by fuel pressure and boost fooling, but not by changing the ECM timing and duration programmed maps. The EZ does not have link to the ECM to do that with.
