Downloaded the 200hp tune from DS website and installed in truck. EGT's dont get anywhere near as hot as everyone makes out. I didnt see it past 1200 and I was in the throttle. Just curious what everyone else is seeing. Thanks.

 

I've tried every tune available in my 03 but it's been a couple of years since I've run the DL tunes. I timed runs from 60 to 80 mph in 6th gear and kept a few notes. I didn't write down the egts but Ext RKL Puff and Ext RKL both were 4.2 seconds and I made a note that I liked Ext RKL the best. I was considering driveability and not just ETs. The egt must have been acceptable or I think I would have noted it. Ext RKL Puff stack + 50 hp Puck did 4.0 seconds but it was choppy power. That stack with 90 hp Puck was 3.8 seconds but I didn't like the engine sounds at all, so I will never run 90 hp Puck stacks. Mine is a 305 but I think we use the same Predator - U 7130. Craig
