Car_Nut57 I did use the gasket and it still spins eventually. I haven't tried anything else yet but I may get under the truck this weekend and see if I can come up with something. It doesn't leak so I am not that concerned about it...
Thanks

Dodgezilla, one of my DCX Engineer buddies told me those clamps are a ONE TIME tighten only, unless you want to add a jam or lock nut, he stated after they are backed off one time to scrap them and get a new one.

The Diamond eye systems I sell have bolt on hangers I thought it actually made install easier more adjustable. I have heard of Downpipes leaking and hangers breaking off of brand x never had a single problem with Diamond eye.
I also have seen alot of post on Drone from brand x recently

Banks Monster Exhaust on my 03 is quieter overall than stock. Up into the 2000rpm range, it is somewhat louder than stock. If it is just too noisy, well, I recently Brown Breaded my truck, and found if I cover one of the two big flued vents along the back of the cab (they are behind the rear seats, under a real shameful piece of foam), the noise is cut. To compare, I used to run my stereo at 18-22 on the hwy. Now 14-16.
If you put the Jacobs exhaust brake on your truck, well, I ended up searching out a muffler shop to finish the job. That and the Monster Exhaust don't compliment each other.
I swapped the Jacobs for the Banks Brake. Although much quieter, it has much less braking force than the Jacobs (but my truck runs better with the Banks). The Jacobs is a 3" affair, the Banks is 4". I'm currently pondering using the Jacobs electronics with the Banks brake. The brake controller doesn't suit my tastes.
