PDI and ATS both make good two piece exhaust manifolds that will allow movement but prevent the common manifold cracking and broken studs from repeated expansion and contraction cycles.

AFE makes a cast stainless one that is also nice, but it is not a two piece.

SteedSpeed makes the NICEST billet steel manifold, but it is too steep in price to consider.

Consider what you will want to do in the future. It may be more cost effective to buy your upgrade later, if you plan to upgrade your turbo as well. An example of what you may buy now to fit your stock turbo is: the ATS 3 piece manifold for the 3rd Gen 24v. But if you upgrade later to compound turbos, or a different turbo setup, they will more than likely require you to have an exhaust manifold designed for a 2nd Gen 24v. In which case, you would have to buy a completely different manifold despite your previous upgrade. Good luck.

No reason to buy an exhaust manifold unless yours is cracked or you are changing turbos and need one. Don't buy the hype, spend your money elsewhere.

I'm with Rye. If you want to do something, either wrap yours in heat wrap or take it off and send it to get ceramic coated or something. I would wrap it, that's about it. Maybe buy a turbo blanket for the exhaust side.
