I forget the exact name but something like Steed Speed (or close to it) is pretty well recommended here. Although you will not see much in power gains over stock they do have other smaller advantages. Do a search here and I'm sure you will find lots of info.

Steed Speed is a big seller now. I personally like Stainless Steel manifolds they retain heat better.

Stainless Diesel
HTT
And a few others make them.

I have a SteedSpeed and it is awesome and flows really good. I don't see what turbo you are running. I assume it is stock. Need to know where you want to end up.

I do have a stock turbo for now, once funds let me i would like twins, is I would like something that will last and preferably 2 or 3 piece due to cracking issues. I like the fact of stainless though haha thanks for any info guys

If you want to do twins down the road a new 3rd Gen manifold would be a waste of money to you. Most twin setups run a 2nd Gen manifold flipped upside down. Save your money for then.
