With the new emissions testing on the diesel trucks in Cal I wanted to redo my exhaust system to make sure everything is up to par.

I have a 2003 (SO) 235 hp with a 48re auto trans. I tow a boat and have a bigfoot truck camper and need a little help in the brake department. Would like to install a exhaust brake. I know most sells the exhaust brake for manual trans for the 03 and 04 years but there is some for the automatic. Which do people recommend and what is different with 03's and 04's that restrict with autos?

Second question. Is there a company that sells a complete exhaust system that includes a cat? I would be needing a replacement as I am sure mine is getting plugged up from stacking power boxes. Does anyone know of a good place to pick one up? Searched Craigslist and saw some selling used cats for 550 - 1k (used!). For that price I rather just order a new cat from dodge.
