I am going to get one too,, just havent decided on which one, I have found a good deal on a used. but ,, that new pxrb sounds awesome too. Decisions,, oh and one more thing, I have been told that to take full use of your brake, you should have a tranny controller

Yeah, you are right. They have a couple at $705. The Jacobs won't work for me because the vacuum pump mounts in the same spot as my supplemental fuel filter. If I'm not mistaken, with the PacBrake I can mount the air compressor wherever its convenient.

I think GDP can get you a fitting off the cp3 that will work with the big line kit and the vacuum pump if you are interested in a jacobs. I know he has had this come up before. I wanted to put on an air pressure controlled brake but in the end I went with jacobs to protect my transmission warranty.

Had the dealer to install the Jake when I bought the truck. I now have 26,000 miles on it and the Jake has worked flawlessly. Pulled my 13,000 pound fifth wheel (22,000 pounds gross weight) all over the Rockies with nary a white knucle. I am very satisfied with the Jake Brake and would buy one again.
