You need to get or make a jumper plug that connects to the electric solenoid wiring from the ECM, Industrial Injection sells one with their turbos and I assume others do also. This is just a jumper that keeps the ECM from seeing a circuit problem and associated codes from happening.
The aftermarket turbos use manual wastegate.
