EGT too Low?

EGT too Low?
Hi,
I have spent some very worthwhile time here and learned quite a bit. Now I'm looking for some insight as to why my EGT's dropped a couple hundred points at all rpm/load ranges.
I just updated my smarty to 411 and have seen 550-600* at 15psi on a slight grade running empty. On version 403D204 I would have seen 750-800* at the same operating conditions / temperatures. This is at SW level 5 on both revs.
The new 411 is just fantastic. I have noticed my fuel pressure has stayed up more, and the smoke levels are way down. The power comes on in a more linear progression, and is much more usable. But, this rev can’t be that good, it’s like a supermodel enjoying a dirt bike!
I would like to pull my trailer with this Rev on level 5. Think I’m gonna be safe? Is anyone else seeing the same temps I’m running? Thanks.
I have NO AFFILITION WITH THE SMARTY OR MADS!
But I’ll take donations for a new turbo from anyone, including BD.

Same here. I had to pinch the waste gate hose shut, do a little modding on the exhaust to get a 150 deg. drop. I'm running 700-800 on the flats, 800-1000 going up hill, and she drops off the gauge fast downhill.

Thanks guys. It’s been a long week, making hay while the sun’s shining. I’m heading out on the 11th of April for a weekend getaway with the same load I always pull. My freeloading friends and their bikes/quads, gear and fuel. With diesel at 4$ a gallon I’m going to have to drink a hell of a lot of Heineken to break even. I’m going to run my current level 5 program and I’ll report back on the egts and mileage. Thanks again.
