My Di Pricol gauge came with a little light bulb with two black wires. The wire harness that came with the gauge came with two additional wires for electrical hookup - black and white.

Which wires to I connect where??

The light bulb does not matter...

Hook one of the blacks from the second light to the white from the gauge and hook that to the dimmed 12v behind the light switch. I believe it is one of the brown wires with the orange stripe. It will take a volmeter to check wich one fades. Hok the othe two blacks together and ground to a machine screw within the dash area...there are plenty to choose from.

Connect the black lead in the 4-prong plug to the dimmer +VDC and the white wire to ground. It doesn't matter which lead is +VDC on the bulb.

schorb did you try that cd manual i gave you it has wiring diagrams in it? hey it also has all the info for your dads hemi in it .good luck buddy

ahhh....i didn't think about looking in the cd manual for the wiring diagram. thanks again d12! hey, if you happen to be at ken's this saturday, i'll take ya for a little spin.
and yeah, i saw the info about the hemi. that manual has more in it than i thought it would!

so i'm still a little confused.....am i supposed to do anything with the little light bulb that comes with the gauge? does the gauge have it's own light internally?
