Yes you can. You have a couple of options. You can get an autocal, or a V2. The main differences between the two are that with the v2 you can build your own tunes, and run tuning from multiple tuners at one time. With the autocal, you cannot build and run your own tunes, and you are locked to one tuner at a time. The autocal route will be quite a bit cheaper. That type of setup would be right around a grand depending on the truck mods, who you buy it from, etc. Just depends on what exactly you are looking for.
