Edge vs. TST

As I understand it, the Edge elevates the pressure to get it's performance gain. What does the TST do? Which would be better for getting an MPG boost (not when towing)? Which is easier on the engine?

The TST uses timing and duration instead of pressure. A little pressure makes the TST really perform and that's why so many of us stack it with an EZ or an MP-8 or some others.
All the boxes tell you the lowest setting will give better mileage...

If you have a twin turbo, the TST "twins" program, FASS 150, Fire Ring head, 100HP injectors, AFE Intake, 5" Turbo-back exhaust, ATS cams, and twin-disc clutch is there any reason to stack the TST with anything, and if you do stack it with an EZ or MP8, what kind of gains, if any are you likely to get? Are there any worries associated with this kind of stacking as well.

Yes....always stack with a MP-8. The TST needs a little pressure to make it sing.

The Edge Juice with Attitude does not increase pressure on the 600 motors only on the 555's.
