Its a drill a tap type of deal. make sure you do everything you can to keep the shavings out of the manifold. before you install the probe and start your truck buy your self a pen magnet or magnetize a thin screwdriver to roam around the inside of the manifold so you get as many shavings out as possible. Keep roaming as far as you can reach inside till your not getting anymore shavings.

I acctually did alot of searching and its a toss up between disconnecting the turbo and using the shop vac, to just greasing up the bit and tap real good and then following the drillign with a magnet clean up....i dont know i might need to peice of mind to just drop down the turbo...

you won't need to do any of that. I was very paranoid and did the following. just drill slow so you don't drop a tone of shavings in, grease the tap wile you are tapping the hole, vaccum it out when done, and for last piece of mind I had someone hold somethine over the tailpipe to increase backpresure when you start it before you put the pyro in.

for all of my worring and paranoia it worked out just perfect.

Does anyone know if you can use just the Attitude with out the chip?
I have an 05, and don't want to spend the full 800 for the juice, but want gauges and like the clean look of the attitude.

The Attitude plugs in to the Juice module to get it's information so I would say there is no way it would work without it.

No. the drictions tell you to drill, tap, then start and run the eingine before you install the pyro.

I am not aware of a standalone version of the attitude. I think it is the cleanest looking.

I think you can run the outlook by bullydog as a stand alone but

quadzilla is also working on a monitor and so is TS products. The quad monitors sound like it will have the best functionallity of the monitors.

I have the juice with attitude and it makes my truck more responsive with smooth power. I think edge should make a box so you can use the attitude monitor independently, that way when I go to the dealer, I only have to swap the box, and leave the attitude in the overhead.
