Ok I have just received an older version of the Edge EZ (with the four settings) and I already have an Edge Juice with Attitude installed on my truck. I am not looking for monster power just better fuel mileage and some more power towing. Yes I know that a SMARTY will solve all the above in one step but I have less than ¼ of the price of a Smarty and gauges wrapped up in this. So I am wondering what will be the best setting for fuel mileage for the two and what will be the best setting for towing all while not causing damage to the engine.

Right now I have a stock exhaust and intake.

If you mean an EZ that uses jumpers to configure the settings then it was probably not designed to use on a 325/600+ Cummins. The first third gen EZ models were designed for the 305/555 Cummins (2003,2004) engines that used the jumpers. Not sure I would use it with your engine.

That said I ran a Juice/Attitude and EZ stack for a year or so on my 04.5 325/600 and had very good results. It was the EZ designed for the 325/600+ with the 3 position toggle switch.

I ran Juice/Attitude on 3 and EZ on Level 1 for daily driving.
