They do. On the '03-04 EZ remove the jumpers, add wires on the pins and run the wiring into the cab. One toggle switch for each jumper. Or just add one switch for two power settings. Example, switching between level 2 and 4. Some members on the NWBombers site has done this.

Mikey- I've got a foam air filter, and flow thru muffler. I'd like to run the EZ on level 1, just for that "little bit more". I don't have guages, but don't race. I pull about 8000lbs. Do I risk injectors?

TurboTed,
Personally, I wouldn't run a power enhancing box without gauges, especially towing. But I think level 1 should keep it in the safe zone. Concerning injectors, some say level 3 is safe. One member on another forum had to change injectors at around 150k miles, ran the EZ at level 3 and he runs hotshot. I haven't heard of any issues running at level 2 or less. Level 4 on the other hand is tough on the injectors. Ask Don M about that.
For a little extra add a Rokktech crankshaft sensor or do the tone wheel mod. The added two degrees of timing does wonders with the extra fuel.

Don't think it went any further in development with the rotary switch or making retrofit kits for the EZ.

Keith is right. its bad on injector tips(causes etching or even cracking) and its hard on the relief valve.

If you have all the pins then you probably have level 6. It's only on the earliest models though. Just try to set yours to level 5. If it gives you more power than it works. If not, then it will revert back to stock. Just make sure that you have the circuit board down when you are looking at it.

Beware of the higher settings!!! Even level 4 is bad for these injectors. I ran mine on the highger levels for a year or so and when I had my injectors done recently one of them had been damaged by it. I had no indications that it was bad though. I guess eventually I would have had problems.

Too much pressure is bad.....

I used a 6 pos. dual pole rotary switch and some computer pin connectors and wired a switch for the EZ. It works well, but you have to turn the switch[ignition] off to change settings. no problems with this setup for over a year now. RAY
