Mark,

You just might be the best one for me to ask on this: I have a 600 common rail, 48RE, rarely tow, but live at 8500ft, so when I screw in some serious Ramifier my EGTs really take off. I have done the Tone Ring Mod and really like the results. With that mod and everything else I have done, I feel I am pulling darn good mileage (20per gal if I am good), but am thinking under the circumstances I need to dial in more timing when the situation permits. I am satisfied with the power of the Ramifier, but it does not add timing and I don't like all the black smoke. It is sounding like the Juice/Attitude might be better suited to my needs. Rough idea on price? Please opine.
Thank you for your thoughts. pm would be great.
Mike

Thumbs up Tst

TST Power Max CR. I have been running one for 50,000 miles with no problems. I have sent it in twice to get it updated and they have great service and turnaround times. I run it on 4-4 all the time getting 18mpg.

All the features are awesome, perfect for me... but the change on the fly doesn't always work. I get drastically better mileage out of it, more power too, but i never know which program I'm running because it doesn't always take and there is no way of telling if it programmed except to see how fast it goes or how quick the EGT's climb.
I have found that the triple dog does always change the program, it just takes a minute or two sometimes to actually change the parameters. I am not sure if you have to stop or what, but I have yet to have a problem with mine not accepting the on the fly changes.
