Edge attitude ?????
Well I ship my Quad off yesterday and got my Edge Juice today. The install was simple. Hardest part was tapping the exhaust manifold. I understand these are different controllers. But on 60 Hp the Edge seems to have a quicker response. But I started playing with the buttons a bit. So now on to my questions. What is the best way to set it to get smoke? What should I set my tires at in mm? They are 295/70/17. They want a number in the 2k range. What about all the max boost and low boost settings on the different levels? And now onto a lesson I learned today that I will pass onto all of you so you do make the same mistake. After cruisen down the highway one exit to check out the power (WOW by the way on 5) I jumped off the exit and took the back way home. I came across a cafe/deli/sub shop. I went in and it had 3 very sexy petite europeen girls working behind the counter, I am thinking OH YEAH MY NEW SUB SHOP!!!! Well when I get home and start eating my sandwich. My only thougght is of the old Wendy's comercial "Wheres the BEEF!!!!" They made me a sub that they would probably eat. Not a guy that is 6'11 and 400 pounds would eat. No more will I ever trust a sub shop that doesn't have a fat guy behind the counter or at least an American or a gGreek guy they are OK too. But 3 sexy europeens means a sandwich made for a 100# girl and I paid top dollar for it. I guess on my upside I can drive my truck again to get something else

Why would I lie about my size? Do you think everybody in this world is the same size? Yes the size setings skip over 295's in book. Also I will take a picture of myself in front the Ford 6.0 i drive at work.

best bet is to set the tire size close, like for a 285 or 305, then find a speed checker sitting along side the road to find out how close you are. You may have to drive by it a couple of times making adjustments. This is how I got mine dialed in accurately. I set mine by the recommendations in the manual, but that only got me close. Speed trap is the only way I know to get it accurate.
