Eagle 114's fit?
Hi,
I'm about to install a 6" superlift kit on my truck and am having a hard time findind wheels that will fit. I know the Weld cheyenne's are the proper fit but dont want to spend 2000+ for just wheels.
My question is will the Eagle 114's in 18x9.5 with +22 offset and 6" back space work without rubbing or sticking out past the wheel well more then an inch or so? I'm looking at running either BFG M/T KA in 37x12.5-18 or Toyo open country M/T 37x13.5-18 tires.
Thanks for your time
Jesse

You should be ok with the BFG. The Toyo may rub slightley on the plastic inner fender at about 50% turn and major compression. Depending on how you drive...

Thanks for the help guys. I called Weld and asked for the specs on the 18x10 cheyenne, they said -25mm offset and 4.5 BS(I assume this is the same wheel specs Kore is selling?). I looked around the net a little more and found that Eagle makes the 114 in a 17x10 with -20mm offset and 4.65 BS. I guess thats about as close as i'm going to get to being the right fitment with out acutally going with the weld. It will be a little nicer on the wallet to go down to a 17 " wheel/tire package too. Anyone see a problem using the 17's?

My first priority is to get a wheel that fits correctly, I'm under the impression that there are very few wheels made to fit our trucks that are under $2000. If theres no fitment or clearance issues between 17's or 18's I would go with 17's, as there cheaper and theres more tire selections. I was hoping since the differance between the cheyenne (with the supposed perfect size) and 17" eagle is only -5mm offset and +.15" BS it would fit best out off all my options. This gets to be confusing rather quickly, I guess I'm just asking which wheel would fit better the 17 or 18 eagle . Thanks again for the help I really appreciate it.
