anyway you look at it, you should be pretty happy w/ those numbers. especially with having just a turbo and programmer.
it's very nice to see a comparision between bd and smarty

Yes, but pedifile larry hit 26900 on rail pressure and the smarty hit 24k. We used the pressure from smarty for this run and it doesn't add anything on the dyno. I have another sheet that compares the pedifile larry against the tnt/r stacked with a dr p in which the smarty beat pedifile larry by .6hp and 20 or so ftlbs of torque so they are VERY comparable. I will post that sheet to show the difference tomorrow.

I like the dyno at relentless diesel, those are some nice guys.
Good numbers too for such simple mods. What kind of boost are you running on the SPS62?

You should try tightening the wastegate some more and see what happens. I know dyno time isn't cheap but I suspect HP will continue to climb as you hold the gate closed longer. You should hit 50-55 psi in my opinion to tap the full potential of that 62mm charger.

I agree but I'm still running the plastic intercooler so I have to be nice until I can get another one.

I did a lot of dyno tuning using the 62-66mm turbos. With the 62mm running 42# realized the best HP/TQ. Too many guys crank up the boost but forget the effects of drive pressure......
