A dumb ? about exhaust and AERO4040

Thanks. I think i will delete cat and muffler and put a aero 4040xl in there somewhere. would i be best to buy a cat delete pipe and install 4040xl after it? or buy a muffler delete pipe and put aero4040xl in place of cat? whats the cheapest route? I have 4 inch band and stepclamps where i work so thats no prob.

I took out my cat and muffler and put in a 4040XL and it sounded terrible. Incredibly loud even at idle, I would get complaints at campgrounds just trying to park my trailer. I put the cat back in and the combination is perfect. Aggressive tone at idle but not to loud and when I get on it the turbo and the 4040XL just sing. I have had people stop me in town because they like the sound of my truck.
1, do you have any drone when pulling your trailer with the 4040xl
2. how do you like your goerand TQ and VB
