Dually Fender Flare Install!!
After reading several threads about putting Bushwackers on a dually, I decided to give it a try. I looked, but couldn't find any information on how much work was required. It's actually very easy. I had to trim away about 1/8" on the top center in a 2' wide section and almost 1/4" of the bottom 6" on the back. The only part I didn't like was that I had to use self-tapping screws to attach it to the dually fender. They are supposed to use the factory screws on the wheel well lip, but they didn't line up close enough to the ones in the dually fender. At least the screws go straight up from the bottom so the holes would never be seen if I removed the flares. I think I'll go back later with a small brush and paint the screw heads black.
Also in the bottom pic you can see a slight gap that I couldn't completely eliminate. I think with more time trimming, it could have been fixed, but I got excited and it doesn't bother me at all. I didn't even bother taking pics in progress since it turned out to be so easy. What do you think?

Thanks, it took a long time to find. Had to drive 600 miles to get it. The only reg. cabs I could find were worn out work trucks. This one was actually like new when I got it.

Much better, man! To attach, I always use the advanced reply. Above the text box you will see the attachment button (just a paperclip). Then you can upload images from your computer. Not sure how to do it if you're using your phone....
By the way, it was good to see you at the shop yesterday. Your rig is coming along fast!
