dual/tripple shock setups, looking for info/pics

Hey guys.

Looking for first hand info and pics on dual and tripple front shock setups. I am thinking about adding the superlift dual kit in the front, with bilsteins, making mine a triple (have a single bilstein with 6" lift kit now).

Any comments on ride quality/stiffness, etc?

I see a LOT of high speed rough roads and most manufacturers recommend the multi shock setups for these conditions. Plus I haul a lot of weight in the truck.

Thanks.

Igor.

I know triton has that setup on his truck. I have been looking into getting it for my truck. But I am saving for the tranny right now

A buddy of mine has the triple fox shocks up front, the ride was rough so he dummied out two of the shocks, now its just for show.

The only reason to go to multiple shocks is if you're working a single so hard it's fading. Adding another shock or two requires that the shocks all be valved accordingly or you end up with a really rough ride.

If your present shock isn't getting so hot that it doesn't dampen anymore, leave it alone.

If it is, your best bet is to go with a larger shock, like a Fox 2.0 or Bilstein 7100, and have it valved.
