Others have commented that it's either an "on" or "off" clutch. I've not found that to be true, it's just that the amount of "throw" you have in the pedal is a lot less than stock, but definately driveable.

The only downside so far, is that sometimes it's hard to get into gear at a stop. Sometimes it's worse than others...maybe it's just me still getting used to it.
Do you have the slave cylinder upgrade?

Yeah im running a Bully Dog Triple Dog and it turns out i didnt actually get the crazy larry upgrade like i thought i did and i have an Edge EZ stacked with it now and if i rip it hard with the stock clutch it will slip. Just mainly in 4th gear with the Bully Dog on Extreme and the Edge EZ all the way up. So i highly recomend a better clutch then stock. Once it starts slipping it only gets worse from there.

Yeah, I upgraded the hydraulics at the same time as the clutch install. It helps going into third, and then second, but sometimes it's tough to get it into 3rd as well! I'm sure I've still got some learning to do though... --Eric

the 3850 is a little heavyer then a 3600 but not much. Both of mine were 12cb. Both slip just fine when using the clutch peddle but hold very well when fully engaged. very drivable on the street. My only problem is I could never get either to "break in" yet so it still holds when the peddle is depressed. so I have to double clutch to up and down shift. Other then that I love them both. the 3600 is just as grabby as the OFE in my other truck. the ofe though has a feather light peddle. to light for my taste. And I went to a 3600 from the 3850 because I was told that unless you need the holding power of a 3850 it will just cause excessive wear on components. Get the sprung clutch discs too.
