Drill new EGT hole or remove?
I ordered a new EGT probe from Edge. I've got over 50,000 miles on the original and decided to get a new one just incase.. I tried to remove the old one and use the original hole but she wont budge.. Should I force out the old one or drill a new hole?

have you tried any kind of penetrating oil if not you may want to give this a try this get the engine warm and then squirt the threads on the probe with some tranny fluid once or twice the next day or two and try it again, you do not want to drill your manifold full of holes

The old paraffin wax trick usually works on those.
Just like Richie suggested, get it hot, then touch a piece of paraffin wax to it, it will melt and wick its way around the threads, let it cool a little bit, and it should come out.
