There not bad. I only had one on my truck for about 30min. for a couple passes down the street and back. But I got such good deals on the two that I have now that I never bought one.

All aftermarket modules and programmers can and likely will void your warantee if DC can link it as the cause of a parts failure. Most folks conveniently "Lose" the power adder before taking the truck to the dealer.

Dr Performance
I have one on my truck but it is part of my stack TST/Dr Performance and love the stack no inj. rattle at all. as far as a stack goes there are not using any timming with the modules fuel strech and boost fooling only. So I let the TST do its job on the timming and the pressure is around 24K inj should live fine. now I have run the Dr Performance by its self very little smoke not bad,(on tow mode) truck responds well EGTs stayed in check but I do have turbo back no cat Silverline eux and a air box and cool twist intercooler, on Performance mode more smoke EGTs higher but I cant tell on the power much feels stronger but I will dyno here soon give you an update on the settings and the Dr Performance by its self. But I would get an EGT gauge to keep tabs on the temps. I have one of there new modules and Dr P. can do some fine tunning after I see the dyno numbers. I did forget one thing is I also have a Stage 1 CP3 by Floor it Diesel. One thing for sure is when you get bit by the H.P. bug and you buy the Dr. Performance module just go right too the TST and you wont look back. Only thing I am missing is the Smarty box and I am waiting to get my ECU reflashed so the Smarty will down load as far as Warranty most all people know that is a chance you take DO NOT show up to the dealer with anything on the truck I dont care what they say or tell you the truck is bone stock and the only thing that has been hooked up to the truck is a trailer. Have fun

I had a bad experience with them but thats maybe just a personal thing - If you don't wan't to void your warranty then buy a SMARTY because it leaves no trace at all

I had a stage II for about 8500 miles then i too started having troubles with it. some claim a fuel mileage increase i didn't see a thing. from what i see on here if you want a box go quad all the way.

I had a stage 2 in my '06 for a couple of days until it thew a code. P0193 to be exact(fuel rail pressure high) My truck nearly died on the freeway. Now it's gone and truck is going in for warranty due to a very annoying rattle in the top end.(injector perhaps??) I'm going back to Quadzilla asap.

I wouldnt try any programmer on your truck, SMARTY may leave no trace right now, but you can bet DC will find a way to detect it. At least if you use a box it can be removed with no effects to the computer at all

There are several boxes, of assorted manufacturers, throwing codes on 2006 model trucks. It appears to be a Dodge issue not a mod issue. I have seen a module work on a 2005 just fine and throw a code on an '06. Call the tech support for your item. They will tell you what to do. There are subtle differences in trucks. If you haven't given your product provider a op to fix your issues you are being a bit unfair. Most of these guys are very knowledgable. If there is no tech line for the product you have RUN!
