Mine has 60K and doesn't burn any that I can tell.

No oil burning here, unless of course I dump some in my tank. Truck now has 40K on her..

Mine has never burned any either that I can tell. 83,000 and going strong.

A truck that is loaded heavy and working will burn some oil... OTR tractors normally add oil betwen changes. 2 quarts in 6,000 miles does sound a little high though... BP.

my just rolled over 40,000 and i have yet to add any oil between intravals of 5000 miles

I use my truck as a hot shot vehicle pulling 7500 lb. 40 ft. gooseneck trailer. 100.000 on the odometer. After running oil 6000 miles or so it"ll use 1 1/2 t. of oil. I wonder if I should be concerned ????
