Right, gauges will not void the warranty as it's just a means of monitoring it, even my dealerships that were happy to not do warranty with goodies (even a flash for a TSB out because I had an intake and a flowmaster on...).
However yes... it may through up a flag that if they really wanted to and depending on what the warranty work being done is (I.E. tranny blew, rear end shot or leaky door sills), they could look further. However unless it's something like a TST that's hardwired in, it won't be a problem if you remove it before going in.

Don's right about the downloaders. They actually reflash the ECM and that leaves a trace. The boxes that just plug in do not leave a trace.
However, I have heard of extreme mechanical failures being investigated to root cause and the warranty being denied because, "The only way to cause this damage is by increasing the power output of the engine".

It is my understanding that the dealer can tell that a box has been installed due to the max boost level recorded in the computer. As far as I know the Quadzilla box blocks the computer from seeing the increase in boost thus They will not be able to tell it was installed.

Do it, chances are nothing bad will happen. For dodge to look hard enough to find that pressure box after its off, you would have to give them good reason. Kill them with kindness and more often then not they will treat you well. Buy an egt guage and plug that rascal in and enjoy better fuel economy and more power. These truck are **** tough. The biggest risk i can see is wanting more power! Its addictive.
