I installed and recommend the Pacbrake PRXB. I like that its operated by compressed air instead of vacuum, and can also be used as an on-board air source. It even comes with an air hose with a bunch of different fittings to inflate different things and a bag to store it all. It intergrates into the ECM and the basic operation is the same as the factory backed Jacobs brake. Install is relatively easy and very clean. Yesterday I pulled 9000 lbs down a 7% grade and it easily maintained 50 mph down the hill. Overall its a great product.
