Do you need OBD tool to clear Quad codes...
Or does the disco battery cables still work.
I got codes 0192 & 0237 after only a few hours having the Commander and Xzilleraider installed.
After researching past threads it seems the codes were due to a loss of connection and monentary loss of power to the module.
A portion of the velcro came off the dash some allowing the module too "droop" a little.
At that point the truck bucked and the MIL light came on. Got off the expressway and ....
Looked at the module and no LED, zero indication on Commander. Made sure the plug was seated tight, it was, Reattached module back up to the velcro and got test LED'S lit then got the green power level 1 LED.
Today trucks running fine.
Mighty tempermental plugs on this one. Maybe some Die electic to "fill the voids some" on the pin connectors?
Are these things that sensitive?

it is a grease used in electrical connections. available at any auto parts store.
the codes will clear themselves in few heat up/cool down cycles if the problem that created them is fixed. or you can use a scan tool to do it immediately.

or you could go to autozone and do it for free also. They will let you use scanner, they can't legally do it themselves, but will let you do it. it'll go away in a couple of days anyway
