Smarty and a turbo. Your stixs are fine, if you add stix you need to upgrade the fuel system, ie...FASS and CP3. You add a Smarty and a Good turbo with what you do and your spanking her A#$ in more than one way

Ive had quite a few mustangs as well, all with the modular engines, they do not respond well to mods and are darn nearly impossible to get above 400rwhp without a power adder and anything over the 400hp mark the bottom end is the weak link. The 98's are turds with the non pi heads (power improved) compared to the 99-04 gt's. Im going to guess that car is around a 14.8-15.2 car and will trap roughly about 92 mph. My truck with the power puck, predator on extreme (non rkl) stock clutch went 15.4 @95. If I were you and wanted to run without any doubt of losing I would go 45 to 100mph roll. These handshaker trucks dont like over 100mph runs with 3.73's and the wind resistance of a bucket of bricks.

Better yet... Race her in the snow in 4X4.. You would be guaranteed a W in that race. Lol. Plus you could pull her out of a snow drift if she loses it..

Really? I have a 475whp 03HO w/ silverbullet on 3.73's 35's and its really quick 80-115mph. That's where its an all out power race and my slow six speed shines in 6th gear. Ive had it up to 127mph on the GPS. I pull on my friends non catted un tuned 03 GT at thoes speeds. Power can always overcome size, plenty on 11 second lifted trucks out there.

yeah, my 60 to 110 MPH is FAST!!! with my set up on my 305/555. Ecspecially after going from the SPS62 to QD64, man I can't believe the differance on the top end going between just the two.
